We offer flexible options, which are adapted to each persons individual needs.

This pricing model ensures accessibility, and supports the sustainability of the Rooted Empowerment method across all levels.

It includes four pricing tiers:

  1. HMI Community Service / Pro Bono Internship Program

For clients who may benefit from services through the Hypnosis Motivation Institute’s supervised Community Service Pro Bono Internship Program.

This option may provide access to reduced-cost or no-cost sessions through HMI student interns working under the educational and ethical guidelines of the program.

Services offered through this pathway are subject to:

  • HMI program availability
  • Internship scheduling openings
  • Client eligibility and intake approval
  • Participation in HMI’s Community Service framework

This option may be appropriate for:

  • Individuals experiencing financial hardship
  • Clients seeking short-term support
  • Individuals comfortable working with supervised student interns

Important Note

Participation in the HMI Community Service Program is separate from Rooted Empowerment Method™ private-session services and is governed by HMI’s own policies, procedures, supervision requirements, and availability.

2. Standard Rate

• $125 per 60-minute session

• or $400/month for weekly coaching/ hypnotherapy membership

3. Sliding Scale (Income-Aware Pricing. Client is expected to participate in the community Service Exchange Program to offset discount.)

Three-Tier Sliding Scale Model:

Tier 1 — Full Rate

Client pays the standard amount.

Tier 2 — Reduced Rate

Typically 20–30% off the full rate. 

Tier 3 — Low-Income Rate

For clients experiencing financial hardship. $10 per session.

Requirements for Tiers 2–3:

• Client is asked to choose honestly what they can sustain.

• No crisis paperwork required or proof of income shame. This is an Honesty Policy as well as a Pay it Forward Program.

4. Scholarship & Service-Exchange

For clients who cannot pay financially but need to participate. Scholarships are funded by local community support via fundraising and donations. If money is not currently enough to support a scholarship in the fund, unfortunately this option cannot be available until there is. However Our Service Exchange is always an option.

• or service exchange through local community volunteering

Service Exchange Agreement Example:

The purpose of this agreement is to ensure:

• clarity

• consent

• emotional safety

• consistent expectations

• mutual respect

• ethical boundaries

This agreement promotes fairness and protects both the client and the practitioner during the exchange.

2. Services Provided by the Practitioner

The practitioner agrees to provide:

• Rooted Empowerment Method™ coaching and hypnotherapy sessions

• Emotional regulation guidance

• Pattern recognition and identity-building tools

• Homework or worksheets (as appropriate)

• Professional, ethical, trauma-informed support

Session structure:

• Length: 45–60 minutes• Frequency: (Specify) ____________________

3. Services Provided by the Client

The client agrees to supply the following services in exchange for coaching:

Client’s Services in the Community: Client is responsible for finding local businesses and / or households in need that they can offer service work to. The client may receive a list of local businesses or families currently in the program. They can choose one or more from this list. However, this list is not exhaustive. The client is welcome to seek out other local businesses or needy households that they would like to work with. Before the start of the client/hypnotherapist relationship and/ or any coaching sessions are booked, the client is asked to please email provider with the contact name, best phone number and email location to the business/ family that they are going to be working with. The provider will then contact said business/ family and get them through the approval process. Once the approval process is finished the provider will inform the client and book the earliest available appointment for them.

  • Volunteering at a Food Pantry
  • Gardening or Landscaping
  • Helping with a project of necessity
  • Organizational or cleaning tasks
  • Tech assistance
  • Neighborhood Clean up
  • Senior Care Visits: Write letters, sing, or chat with residents in nursing homes
  • Hostpital Volunteering: Make blankets or birthday cards for children in hospitals
  • Library Volunteer: Assist at a local library with organizing books or running events
  • Language Tutoring Help: Help immigrants practice English
  • Tree Planting: Participate in local, environmental tree-planting efforts
  • Wildlife Protection:: Build birdhouses or birdfeeders for the community
  • Letter Writing: Send cards to soldiers serving overseas
  • Record Books to Audio: Record audiobooks for the visually impaired
  • Collect grocery coupons for local food pantries to help them with costs.
  • Collect unused makeup to donate to domestic violence shelters
  • Collect, Donate, Or Recycle Clothing and textiles to support vulnerable populations and protect the planet
  • Walk kids home from school
  • Rake leaves for an elderly neighbor
  • Mow your neighbor’s lawn
  • Offer dog-walking services to elderly or disabled persons
  • Babysit during PTA meetings
  • Take and donate photos during community events
  • Donate blood (if you’re at least 17, or 16 with parental consent)
  • Give free music lessons
  • Host a recycling drive
  •  Provide transportation assistance
  • Assist after-school programs
  • and more…

The contribution should be:

• reasonable

• sustainable

• non-harmful

• non-exploitative

• aligned with the client’s skills

• agreed upon mutually

4. Exchange Rate / Value Balance

To keep the exchange fair and clear:

1 hour of coaching = ______ hours of service,
